working.  Even with a negative GDP – people still buy houses, cars and seek entertainment.  Business and employment can become
more competitive, this is true.   That however, can be a good thing!  It removes “luck” and randomness from the equation.  Challenging
economies can make excellence the more obvious choice and can place those who seek excellence in the driver’s seat.  The top 25% of
the most skilled highest performing people who work in the top 25% most effective organizations will always excel, will always live as they
choose and will always call their own shots.  Our position on that scale is a matter of personal choice.  There is always room for
development.  There is always the possibility for increased effectiveness.  There is always opportunity for new creativity.  This is a situation
